Coercion Exposure Index
Builds a Coercion Exposure Index (CEI) from BACI HS02 trade data: how much one country can coerce another via sectoral trade dependence. Pipeline loads BACI and code tables, aggregates to sectors, computes metrics, and emits edges plus directed network SVGs.
